Strawberries and cream is one of those things that can be made with just about any combination of strawberries and any combination of creams. Obviously you need to know and understand your flavors, and use them correctly, but when done so, they can combine to create some AWESOME mixes. I drink a lot of strawberry milk and I have to say, that it’s not really that bright of a flavor. It’s more of a creamy thing going on with a backing of strawberry syrup flavor.
I got a new Milk flavor from Wonder Flavors that I ran through the gauntlet and thought it was pretty awesome at around .5%, so I started with that. Then I added .7% of Flavor Art Oba Oba which has a nice creamy almost candy shell vanilla thing going on. This will take care of my milk
Then I started with Flavor Art Red Touch at 4.5% and used that for my body strawberry. Let’s say it is the base to build on. I added Flavor Art Juicy Strawberry at .6% to help sweeten that a bit. Then in order to help syrup it up a bit, I threw in the Flavor Art Forest Fruit at .3%. Make it all stick around and pop with just a touch of Inawera Shisha Strawberry at .3%. I know that seems low but it’s a pretty strong flavor.
I LOVE some Sugar Daddy and use it like hot sauce. Remember to put into your calculator that it is a VG flavor and not PG. As with any sweetener, start low and let it age into the mix.
I mix this at 30%PG 70%VG, but I've gone as high as 20%/80%.
I let this steep/age/whatever you call it, for one week.
