Customers must contact Wizard Labs (by phone, email, or return authorization form) within 7 days of receipt of our products, if applicable (see below), to request a return authorization. Returns will not be authorized after 7 days. All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) printed on the outside of the package to be accepted.
Liquid products, including concentrated flavorings, chemicals, and solutions may not be reused or resold once they have left our chain of custody, and are not eligible for return or refund. We recommend ordering small sample quantities of these products to test for suitability, prior to making a large purchase.
Damaged merchandise must be reported to Wizard Labs immediately upon receipt of shipment. In order to expedite a damage claim with the shipping company, please document any shipping damage with detailed photographs showing the damaged shipping box, packing materials, and damaged products.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the above are made solely at the discretion of Wizard Labs.
