Shipping Information

Orders usually take 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) to be fulfilled before shipping according to available stock and custom blending of chemical solutions.
During periods of high demand, orders containing nicotine solutions which are prepared fresh on a per order basis, may take up to 5-6 business days to fully process through our lab before shipping.
As with all flavorings, individual tastes are subjective and will vary from one person to another. Because of the nature of individual tastes and preferences, we cannot offer refunds, credits or cancellations based on individual likes or dislikes of a manufacturer's particular flavoring, and all flavoring sales are final. We highly suggest trying an 8ml sample size of any new flavoring before committing to a larger purchase.

Any packages shipped to a temporary address and arriving after the customer is able to retrieve it, are not eligible for a refund and may be subject to a restocking fee.

NOTICE - Products denoted with the symbol  or " U.S. ONLY" have certain shipping restrictions in accordance with 49 CFR 172.101, based on their flashpoint (Flavor Concentrates), or 49 CFR 173.153, based on their toxicity (Nicotine Solutions).  Products denoted with the symbol  will require the entire order to be shipped via ground transportation only. USPS FIRST CLASS:

  • Orders under 13 ounces can be shipped via USPS First Class mail and usually arrive within 3-7 business days after the order is fulfilled and shipped.
  • USPS First Class parcel service is not a guaranteed service, and in some rare cases can take up to 2 weeks or longer in transit.
  • If timing is critical, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail service.
  • If your USPS First Class parcel has not arrived after 14 days in transit, please contact us for resolution.
  • Any product listed with the icon  will make the entire order ineligible to be shipped USPS First Class.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL:

  • Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail have a usual transit time 2-4 business days after the order is fulfilled and shipped.
  • If your USPS Priority Mail parcel has not arrived after 7 days in transit, please contact us for resolution.
  • Any product listed with the icon  will make the entire order ineligible to be shipped USPS Priority Mail. 

UPS GROUND:

  • Orders shipped via UPS Ground have a usual transit time of 1-5 business days after the order is fulfilled and shipped.
  • If your UPS Ground parcel has not arrived after 10 days in transit, please contact us for resolution.

 

FREE SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY):

  • Orders that total $65 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Please note when “Free Shipping” is selected the order will ship with the package service chosen at the sole discretion of Wizard Labs.
  • Any product listed with the icon   will make the entire order ship via a ground shipping service which may lead to a longer transit time. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (Free Shipping does NOT apply to orders shipped outside of the continental U.S.)
  • Any product noted with the symbol  or " U.S. ONLY"  are ineligible to be shipped internationally in accordance 49 CFR 172.101 or 49 CFR 173.153. Wizard Labs' reserves the right to refuse any product sales internationally. 
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs related fees, surcharges or any fees associated with the delivery of the order
  • Once a package leaves our facility it is deemed to be out of our custody, the customer assumes ownership and takes full responsibility
  • Once an order has been shipped there will be no refunds, credits or cancellations
  • If for any reason an entire or partial order, package or individual product is delayed, rejected, held, returned, lost, stolen or confiscated by customs / postal / or inspection officials the customer will be responsible for the entire invoice amount and there will be no refunds, credits or cancellations
  • For commercial customers interested in large volume purchases, please contact cs@wizardlabs.us and we will assist you in placing your order
  • It is recommended that customers familiarize themselves with the current laws of their country before placing an order, the customer is solely responsible for compliance with all import requirements (should you have updated regulatory or legislative information regarding your country’s laws please feel free to share them with us by contacting cs@wizardlabs.us)
  • Businesses or individuals with ideas or interest in expanding the availability of Wizard Labs products in their country please contact cs@wizardlabs.us

 

Please note: Once an order leaves our facility it is out of our control. We cannot guarantee shipping times due to unforeseen circumstances on the shipper's behalf.
