Vanilla Custard II Concentrated flavoring by the Flavor Apprentice.

Vanilla Custard II concentrated flavoring is FDA approved for use in food, beverages, and products for human consumption.

* NOTE: This flavoring contains both "Custard" ingredients (acetyl propionyl and acetoin) which may have inhalation risks. This may contain trace amounts of diacetyl.
This flavoring is recommended by the manufacturer for use only in food products.

All flavorings are undiluted, full strength flavor concentrates direct from the manufacturer.
Except where noted (*) in the product description, all flavorings are manufactured from FDA approved ingredients and are not known to contain diacetyl, acetoin, or acetyl propionyl.

The flavors that Perfumers Apprentice sell are "food-safe", made in the U.S., and conform to current Food Industry standards.

Also, Diacetyl can be found naturally in certain fruit extracts, so there is also the potential for trace amounts to be found in some natural extracts. The potential may be less for concentrated flavors not made with natural extracts.
